Brad has most recently been the head women's coach at NCAA DII Oklahoma Panhandle State University for five years.  In 2006-07 he served as men's head coach at Presentation College in Aberdeen, South Dakota.  Prior to that, Brad served as the assistant women's coach at OPSU and has also been the assistant men's coach at both Triton College in Illinois and Loras College in Iowa.

Brad is originally from Kimberly, Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a degree in Business Marketing.  He earned his Master's degree in Sports Administration from Loras College.  Brad is married to Julee.
