Chris Marks enters his fourth season with the Clarendon College Women's Basketball program, and his second as the Head Coach. The Lady Bulldogs are coming off back-to back 18-win seasons, as well as consecutive national playoff berths. In the last two seasons, Clarendon has set eight new national records in various categories. Coach Marks came to Clarendon after a successful high school coaching career in West Texas. His teams were regular playoff entrants, known for their defense and fundamentals. His educational background includes undergraduate work at Tarleton State University, where he was a member of the track team, and a graduate degree from Adams State College. Coach Marks and his wife Eddi have been married since 1984 and have two sons: Aaron is a high school basketball coach in Sterling City, TX, and Patrick is a student at BYU. |
