All students must check-in through the Office of Student Services in order to acquire their key and begin moving into their room. A room condition form must be completed prior to move-in. Other specific instructions on paperwork completion will be given at time of check-in.
All requests to change rooms or check-out must be addressed through the Office of Student Services. The room condition form must be completed, and new damages noted, before leaving the Campus. When vacating a residence hall, students must remove all of their personal belongings and furniture and clean the room. Students must check out through the Office of Student Services with the proper paperwork and procedures completed to remain in good standing. Failure to complete the process in an appropriate manner may result in specific fines or forfeiture of a student's residence hall deposit.
