Bulldog Alert System
The safety of all students is a major concern for the administration of Clarendon College. While efforts are made to create a safe environment that is conducive to academic success, safety is primarily the responsibility of each individual. Each student is encouraged to take appropriate safety precautions to protect his/her belongings and person. Threats to student safety must be reported to the Dean of Students or, in an emergency, to local authorities by dialing 911.
Clarendon College has joined the Panhandle Area Regional Information System (PARIS) Network to coordinate emergency communication following an emergency. The Panhandle Regional Planning Commission (PRPC) purchased and maintains the PARIS database which is a repository database with information about emergency response resources and assets in the Texas Panhandle. The system is web based and is available 24 x 7 for mutual-aid and multi-agency emergency response. In addition, the system is designed to track assets needed for disaster response and for day-to-day public safety operations.
The PARIS network is replacing the previous Bulldog Connection Alert system used by CC in previous years. As a result of this change, your information has been purged from the old system and you will need to enroll in the new system in order to continue receiving alerts. Below is information on how to access the registration site.
You will be given the option to enroll for information relating to the Clarendon (Donley County), Pampa (Gray County) or Childress (Childress County) locations or you can enroll for all 3. You will also be given the option to opt into communication regarding student activities, athletic events, and academic information. These three areas are completely optional, but if you opt in, you will receive reminders for important dates and activities. In addition to campus information, you will be given the option to receive weather alerts related to the county or area and emergency alerts related to the area and not specifically the college campuses.
It is our hope that this system will better allow the college to communicate with our employees, students and parents, and the community in the event of an emergency. We urge you to take the time to register. If you have any questions, please contact the Vice President of Students at 806-874-3571.

Please note: You must select "Donley County" and then "Clarendon College Notifications" to begin receiving notices from the College. This is necessary regardless of your current location of residence.
We recommend that once your sign up for the Emergency Alert system using the link above, that you download the Fully Connect App, ensuring that all your emergency messages are received in a timely fashion directly to your smart phone. Once you download the App, simply login using the same username and password you used during sign-up and notifications will be delivered straight to your phone.
