Please contact the Clarendon College bookstore with any questions about ordering books for 2025 Classes:  Fall 25. 806-874-4860 or bookstore@clarendoncollege.edu.

  1. Go to https//bncvirtual.com/clarendon
  2. Click on “Order Your Books”
  3. Select one of the two options under “How would you like to pay for your order?”
    1. • Pay with credit card or PayPal – if you select this option, you will be taken directly to the ordering page
    2. • Pay with Institution’s Voucher or Student Financial Aid (SFA) – if you select this option, you will need to enter your Student ID and Voucher ID to continue
  4. Click “Continue” to access the “Ordering” page’s “Select Courses” tab
  5. Under the “Selected Course ID List”, check the box next to the courses for which you’d like to order textbooks
  6. Click “Continue” to proceed to the “Select Course Materials” page
  7. For each textbook, choose the from the options on the right, such as “New”, “Used” or “Rental”
  8. After making your choices, click on “Add Items and View Cart”
  9. You will have an opportunity to “Review Your Cart”
  10. Click on “Proceed To Checkout”
  11. A pop-up box will ask for your email address and password; if you don’t already have an account, you will have the opportunity to create one from here. Please use your bulldog e-mail account lastname.firstinitial.middleinitial@bulldogsmail.com. Please set your password to "Clarendon1898"
  12. On the “Checkout” page, enter the “Billing Address” and the “Shipping Address” If you live on campus, your shipping address will be the following:

    YOUR NAME
    C/O Bookstore
    206 Regents Ave
    Clarendon, TX 79226

  13. Click “Save and Continue”
  14. Enter “Student ID”, then click on “Save and Continue”
  15. Select a “Shipping Method”, then click on “Save and Continue”
  16. Enter “Payment Information”
  17. Check the box to acknowledge “MBS Direct Terms of Service”, then click on “Finalize Order”
  18. The “Order Summary” page will provide order details and the order number, with an option to print
  19. Order is complete!
