Below are admissions steps that must be completed before you can register and pay for classes.

Classes Begin Monday, August 24

Application Deadline:  Wednesday, August 26 @ 4 PM CDT

Paperwork Deadline:  Thursday, August 27 @  Noon CDT

Last Day to Add/Drop or Register: Thursday, August 27 @ 4 PM CDT

Last Day for Financial Settlement: Wednesday, September 2 @ 4 PM CDT

Grades Posted to Transcripts:  Friday, December 11 by 2:00 PM CDT

 

Transferring credit in or out.

Whether you're just starting at CC, preparing for transfer, or continuing your studies at CC, you can benefit by taking classes. Credit will be applied to your degree, or you can take your credit with you when you transfer.  All transfer credit is granted at the discretion of the institution. The College reserves the right to reject any course that is contrary to the College’s Mission.

Steps to Apply & Register

 Apply online - Using this link "APPLY ONLINE"

• You must answer every question; if any question is left blank the application will not be processed.

• You must submit the application when completed. Applications cannot be processed until they are submitted. Please allow 24 business hours for processing.  Once you have been accepted, you will receive an email with directions on how to activate your student portal.

Applications must be submitted by the appropriate deadline:

  • Fall Wednesday, August 26 @ 4 PM CDT

 Activate your Student Portal. (ONLY if you have NOT previously attended Clarendon College)
  • Go to https://student.claredoncollege.edu/login.asp
  • Click on Activate Account link.
  • Please read and follow the posted instructions on the page.
  • Remember the password that you entered.
  • After you have successfully submitted your information, your username will be displayed.

 Transcripts

  • Transient students - (Students who have completed college work and who are working toward a degree at another college or university) are only required to submit your most current college transcript, showing current enrollment. 
  • First Time CC Students - Submit ALL college transcripts and FINAL high school transcript. (High School transcript must be official and come DIRECTLY from the High School.  Unofficial college transcripts may be used but an OFFICIAL transcript must be submitted before the end of the semester.

Before moving in:

  • TSI
  • Bacterial Meningitis (Under 22 & attending face to face classes). Students must submit the evidence of vaccination form. Use this link to access the form.
  • If living on campus:
         Housing Application
         Housing Fee

If Choosing to stay on campus:
Housing:

  • Login to student portal
  • Click on Admin Tab
  • Click on Housing App
  • Click on pay dorm deposit $100 Non-Refundable

If needing financial aid, complete FAFSA @ www.fasfsa.ed.gov
Enter our school code #003554. Watch for email from CC financial aid office.

Register
* First time students are not eligible for online registration.  All first time students will need to meet with an advisor to be registered.

For Returning or Transient Fall 2026 Students:

• You may register ONLY AFTER you receive email confirmation that you have been green-lighted.

• Login to your student portal.  Change term (located under you name in the upper left corner of screen) to term you are registering: FA-26

• Click on "Registration" and select your classes.

 Registration must be completed by the appropriate deadline:

  • FALL Last Day to Add/Drop or Register: Thursday, August 27 @ 4 PM CDT

Payment
*Full payment or payment plan must be in place by Wednesday, September 2 CDT or you will be dropped

•Click on "My Payment Plan" in your student portal to make a payment. To pay bill in full go to "My Bill". To avoid being dropped from classes, payment must be made by the appropriate deadline:

  • Fall:  Last Day for Financial Settlement: Wednesday, September 2 @ 4 PM CDT
