Fall Mini 2025 (5 week Online Only)
Congratulations on the decision to make your semester count at Clarendon College. We are excited you have chosen Clarendon College and look forward to helping you reach your educational goals.
Fall Mini classes fit conveniently between the Fall and Spring Semesters.
Cost is $113 a semester hour. Math is an additional $80. 6 hours Max (unless taking
a lab with a possibility of 7 hours).
Transferring credit in or out.
Whether you're just starting at CC, preparing for transfer, or continuing your studies at CC, you can benefit by taking Fall Mini Session classes. Credit will be applied to your degree, or you can take your credit with you when you transfer.

Steps to Apply & Register
1. Apply online - Use this link
You must complete every required field (yellow highlighted) on the application; if any required field is left blank the application will not be processed.
You must submit the application when completed. Applications cannot be processed until they are submitted.
(Please allow 24 business hours for processing. Once you have been accepted, you will receive an email with directions on how to activate your student portal.)
Pay close attention to your email as ALL communication regarding admission & registration will be done by email.
Applications must be submitted by the appropriate deadline: (Fall Mini: FA MINI-25) Wednesday, DECEMBER 17 @ 4 PM CST
2. Activate your Student Portal
- Go to https://student.claredoncollege.edu/login.asp
- Click the Activate Account Link
- Please read and follow the posted instructions on the page.
- Remember the password that you entered.
- After you have successfully submitted your information, your username will be displayed.
3. Upload your UNOFFICIAL Transcript from your most recent college/university.
To do so, activate your student portal and upload your documents.
IMPORTANT: Your college transcript must show CURRENT enrollment for you to be admitted as a transient student.
High school graduates who completed dual credit classes with Clarendon College must also provide an official high school transcript to take more classes with us. This cannot be uploaded in the student portal, but must be sent by the high school to Admissions.
International students MUST also upload the following documents:
- Copy of I-20
- Copy of I-94 ( I-94 can be obtained at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/)
- Copy of Visa/Passport
- Completed Advisor’s Report Form ==> ADVISOR'S REPORT
- International students currently on academic suspension are not eligible to enroll.
Once admissions has verified your documents, you will receive an email stating your advisor has green-lighted you and you can then go to your student portal and register.
Documents are processed in the order they are received. The process cannot be expedited. To monitor the status of your documents, check Document Tracking within the student portal.
For smoothest processing of your enrollment, please upload your transcript and other required documents from within the student portal. Please see Student Transcript Upload Instructions below on how to upload your transcript. Each document must be uploaded as one file. If you upload multiple files on the same line, your previous uploads will be deleted and replaced with the most recent one.
Unofficial Transcripts must contain the following to be acceptable:
- Transcript must show student's full name
- Transcript must show College or University's name
- Transcript must show current enrollment
- Transcript should be in PDF file format

4. Register
• You may register only AFTER you receive email confirmation that you have been green-lighted.
• Login to your student portal. Change term (Under the Profile tab in the upper right corner of screen) to term
you are registering: FA MINI-24.
• Click on "Registration" and select your classes (Under the Admin tab). Courses that require a prerequisite must be registered manually- contact your advisor for manual registration.
Registration must be completed by the appropriate deadline: THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18 @ NOON CST
5. Payment
•Click on "My Bill" in your student portal to make a payment.
To avoid being dropped from classes, payment must be made by the appropriate deadline: THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18 @ 2 PM CST
Payment must be made in full by the deadline. Clarendon College does not offer a payment plan for the Fall 2nd Term semester.
