Pampa Center open at 10 AM - Tuesday, Nov. 13

Due to weather, the Pampa Center will open at 10 AM tomorrow (Tuesday, November 13). Classes scheduled to start before that time are cancelled. Clarendon, Amarillo and Childress are opening on time.
