Steps to Apply & Register

Congratulations on the decision to make your semester count at Clarendon College. We are excited you have chosen Clarendon College and look forward to helping you reach your educational goals.  Below are admissions steps that must be completed before you can register and pay for classes.

1. Apply online - Using this link.

• You must answer every question; if any question is left blank the application will not be processed.

You must submit the application when completed. Applications cannot be processed until they are submitted. Please allow 24 business hours for processing.  Once you have been accepted, you will receive an email with directions on how to activate your student portal.

Applications must be submitted by the appropriate deadline:

  • Fall: August 30 at noon CDT.

2. Complete Title IX & Clery Training by visiting http://docreview.clarendoncollege.edu/. This training is not required by students only enrolling in online courses. 

3. Upload your UNOFFICIAL Transcript from your most recent schoolTo do so, activate your student portal and upload your documents.  Once admissions has verified your documents, you will receive an email stating your advisor has green lighted you and you can go to your student portal and register.

4. Register.

For Returning or Transient Fall  2019 Students:

• Login to your student portal.  Change term (located under your name in the upper left corner of screen) to the term you are registering: FA-19

• Click on "Registration" and select your classes.

• Registration must be completed by the appropriate deadline:

  • Fall: August 30 at Noon CDT.

For New Fall 2019 Students:

• Click the link below to submit a Trial Schedule: 

Fall 2019 (fill out, scan, and email to admissisions@clarendoncollege.edu)

5. Payment.

•Click on "My payment Plan" in your student portal to make a payment.  To avoid being dropped from classes, payment must be made by the appropriate deadline:

  • Fall: September 5 at Noon CDT.

• Financial aid is available to those who qualify.  To apply for financial aid please visit this link

6. Have your most recent OFFICIAL transcript mailed to us at the address below. If you are a first time college student, please have your official high school transcript sent. No grades will be released until this is in your file.
