Late Spring 2020

April 27-June 1

Transferring credit in or out.

Whether you're just starting at CC, preparing for transfer, or continuing your studies at CC, you can benefit by taking Late Spring semester classes. Credit will be applied to your degree, or you can take your credit with you when you transfer.

Steps to Apply & Register

Courses Start April 27

Late Spring Semester 2020: April 27- June 1
Pre-registration begins April 10
Application Deadline: April 29 @ 10:00 a.m. CDT.
Registration Deadline: April 29 @ 2:00 p.m. CDT.
Grades Posted to Transcripts: June 4
Payment Deadline: April 29 @ 5:00 p.m. CDT.

 

Below are admissions steps that must be completed before you can register and pay for classes.

1. Apply online at http://application.clarendoncollege.edu/login.asp

  • You must answer every question; if any question is left blank the application will not be processed.  First-time users must click "Create an Account" after clicking on the application link.
  • You must submit the application when completed. Applications cannot be processed until they are submitted.

2. Submit Unofficial College Transcripts.

  • Send us your Unofficial College Transcripts from all previously attended colleges.  Unofficial transcripts can be uploaded via the Student Portal (visit this link for instructions on how to upload) or Fax these to 806-874-5080 OR scan and email them to admissions@clarendoncollege.edu.  Uploaded and e-mailed documents must be in PDF format.

3. Register. You may register ONLY AFTER you receive email confirmation that you have been green-lighted.

  • Log into your Student Portal. Change term (located under your name in the upper left corner of screen) to spring mini.
  • Click on registration and select your classes.

4.   Payment.

  • Log into  your Student Portal, click on "my payment plan" and make payment.  To avoid being dropped from classes, payment must be made by April 29 5:00pm CDST.

5.  ALL Official College transcripts must be submitted.

  • Submit official college transcripts either by:

    Attention:  Registrar
    P.O. Box 968
    Clarendon, TX 79226

  • Certified PDF transcripts emailed to: registrar@clarendoncollege.edu

  •  If you are a first time college student, please have your official high school transcript sent by one of the methods previously listed.

  • No grades will be released and your transcript will be on hold until this is in your record.
