are excited you have chosen Clarendon College and look forward to
helping you reach your educational goals.
Below are admissions steps
that must be completed before you can register and pay for classes.
We are offering an 5 1/2-week session that
includes Online general academic core courses.
All courses start July 12 and will end August 17.

Financial aid is available to those who qualify - contact the financial aid office for more information.
SUMMER 2:
Classes Begin: July 12th
Application Deadline: Monday, July 12th @ Noon CDT
Paperwork Deadline: Tuesday, July 13th 10:00 AM CDT
Registration Deadline: Tuesday, July 13th @ Noon CDT
Payment Deadline: Tuesday, July 13th @ 4:00 PM CDT

Transferring credit in or out.
Whether you're just starting at CC, preparing for
transfer, or continuing your studies at CC, you can benefit by taking classes. Credit will be applied to your degree, or you
can take your credit with you when you transfer. All transfer credit is granted at the discretion of the institution. The
College reserves the right to reject any course that is contrary to the
College’s Mission.
Steps to Apply & Register

Apply online - Using this link
• You must answer every question; if any question is left blank the application will not be processed.
• You must submit the application when completed. Applications cannot be processed until they are submitted. Please allow 24 business hours for processing. Once you have been accepted, you will receive an email with directions on how to activate your student portal.
Applications must be submitted by the appropriate deadline:

Complete Title IX & Clery Training by visiting http://docreview.clarendoncollege.edu/. This training is not required by students only enrolling in online courses.

Upload your UNOFFICIAL Transcript from your most recent school. To do so, activate your student portal and upload your documents. Once
admissions has verified your documents, you will receive an email
stating your advisor has green lighted you and you can go to your
student portal and register.

Have your most recent OFFICIAL transcript mailed to us at the
address below. If you are a first time college student, please have
your official high school transcript sent. No grades will be released
until this is in your file.

Register
• You may register ONLY AFTER you receive email confirmation that you have been green-lighted.
• Login to your student portal. Change term (located under you name in the upper left corner of screen) to term you are registering: SU 2-21
• Click on "Registration" and select your classes.
• Registration must be completed by the appropriate deadline:
- SUMMER 2: Tuesday, July 13th @ Noon CDT

Payment
•Click on "My Payment Plan" in your
student portal to make a payment. To pay bill in full go to "My Bill". To avoid being dropped from classes,
payment must be made by the appropriate deadline:
- SUMMER 2: Tuesday, July 13th @ 4:00 PM
