All courses start Monday, March 21 and will end Thursday, May 11.

Spring 8-Week:
Registration:  Monday, February 21, 2022
Classes Begin:  Monday, March 21st
Application Deadline:  Wednesday, March 23rd @ 8:00 a.m. CDT
Registration Deadline: Thursday, March 24th @ Noon CDT

Payment Deadline: Thursday, March 24th @ 4:00 p.m. CDT

Last Day to Add/Drop:  Thursday, March 24
Last Day to Withdraw:  Thursday, April 14
Grades Posted: Friday, May 13
Transcripts Mailed Out:  Week of May 16th

**Grades for this term will NOT be posted before May 13th**


 

Transferring credit in or out.

Whether you're just starting at CC, preparing for transfer, or continuing your studies at CC, you can benefit by taking classes. Credit will be applied to your degree, or you can take your credit with you when you transfer.  All transfer credit is granted at the discretion of the institution. The College reserves the right to reject any course that is contrary to the College’s Mission. Whether or not credit will transfer is at the discretion of the institution the credit is being transferred to. 

 

Below are admissions steps that must be completed before you can register and pay for classes.


Steps to Apply & Register

 Apply online - Using this link

• You must answer every question; if any question is left blank the application will not be processed.

• You must submit the application when completed. Applications cannot be processed until they are submitted. Please allow 24 business hours for processing.  Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email with directions on how to activate your student portal.

Applications must be submitted by the appropriate deadline:

  • Application Deadline:  Wednesday, March 23rd @ 8:00 a.m. CDT

 Activate Student Portal

Go to: 

https://student.clarendoncollege.edu/login.asp

  • Click the Activate Account Link
  • Please read and follow the posted instructions on the page.
  • Remember the password you entered.
  • After  you have successfully submitted your information, your username will be displayed.

 Upload your UNOFFICIAL transcript from your most recent school

For faster processing of your enrollment, please upload your transcript and other required documents into document tracking located in your student portal.  Once admissions has verified your documents, you will be submitted to an advisor to be green-lighted for registration.  

Please see the instructions below on how to upload your transcript.

Unofficial Transcripts MUST contain the following to be acceptable:

  1. Transcripts must show student's full name.
  2. Transcript must be in PDF format.
  3. Transcript must show College or University's name.
  4. Transcript must show current (Sp-22) enrollment.

**Please note that documents must be uploaded as one document, multiple pages must be uploaded as one document.*

**An OFFICIAL transcript is required before the end of the semester.  Your grades from Clarendon College will NOT be released until we have received an official transcript.**

  Register

• You may register ONLY AFTER you receive email confirmation that you have been green-lighted.

Login to your student portal.  Change term (located under you name in the upper left corner of screen) to term you are registering: SP 2ND8WK-22

• Click on "Registration" and select your classes.

Registration must be completed by the appropriate deadline:

  • Registration Deadline: Thursday, March 24th @ Noon CDT

*If you are wishing to enroll in a course that has a prerequisite, you will need to contact your advisor so they may register  you for that course manually.*

 Payment

•Click on "My Payment Plan" in your student portal to make a payment. To pay bill in full go to "My Bill". To avoid being dropped from classes, payment must be made by the appropriate deadline:

  • Thursday, March 24th @ 4:00 PM CDT

• Financial aid is available only to those seeking a degree at Clarendon College. To apply for financial aid please visit this link.

**A payment plan must be in place, or your balance must be paid in full, no later than 4:00 pm CDT on Thursday, March 24th.  Failure to do so will result in being dropped for non-payment.  Students dropped for non-payment will NOT be put back into classes.**

 Have your most recent OFFICIAL transcript mailed to us at the address below. If you are a first time college student, please have your official high school transcript sent. No grades will be released until this is in your file.
